Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Amatya is a service of B2P, LLC ("we", "us"), 425 Town Plaza Ave, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081, USA. This policy explains what we collect on amatya.io, why, and your choices. Questions: cuemisra@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for founder access.
• Profile answers you choose to give: business stage, a job you'd hand off, the tools you use, your biggest operating challenge, and your opt-ins.
• Referral and nomination details: which link brought you, and who shared it.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and campaign tags in the link you used (like utm_source). We don't record what you type into forms in these events.
• Payment details, only if you choose to pay. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use it

• To confirm your email and give you founder access.
• To send product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To decide what to build first, and to talk with you if you opted in.
• To credit referrals and nominations.
• To take payments and send receipts, if you have a plan.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse.

4. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share it for advertising.
• We never ask for, or email, people you nominate. You send your link yourself.
• We never publish your story without your written OK.

5. Who helps us run the site

We use a small number of service providers, only to run Amatya:

• Lovable, to host the website.
• Supabase, to store data and send sign-in emails.
• Stripe, to process payments.

They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember a pending signup, and remember which referral link brought you. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while you have founder access or a plan. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop emails, at any time. Email cuemisra@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have more rights under local law. We honor them.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls on our database, and a payment provider that meets card industry standards. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

10. Children

Amatya is for founders and businesses. It is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll email you first.
