Refund policy

1. Monthly plans

• Month to month. Cancel any time from your billing page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.
• If we charged you by mistake, or charged twice, we refund it in full.

2. Model costs

Costs on your own AI provider keys are between you and the provider. We can't refund them.

3. How refunds work

We refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirming the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
