1. Agreement
Amatya is a service of B2P, LLC, 425 Town Plaza Ave, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081, USA. "We" and "us" mean B2P, LLC. By using amatya.io or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you use Amatya for a company, you agree for that company.
2. What Amatya is today
Amatya is in development. Founder access gives you early access and updates. It is not access to a working product. Anything we describe as planned may change or may not ship.
3. Plans
Amatya costs $49/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can start your plan yourself after confirming your email. Model costs are paid by you directly to the AI providers. We don't mark them up.
4. Your account
Give us a real email you control. Keep your sign-in link private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
5. Your tools, keys and data
You keep ownership of your data, your content and your AI provider accounts. You give us permission to use them only to run Amatya for you. You're responsible for following your AI providers' terms, and for the costs on your own keys.
6. You make the calls
Amatya is software. It doesn't make business decisions for you. AI output can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing and approving what goes out under your name, including emails, posts and payments.
7. Fair use
Don't use Amatya to break the law, send spam, harm others, break into systems, or copy or resell the service.
8. Referrals and nominations
Referral and nomination links show us who you brought. There are no rewards unless we publish written terms for them.
9. Payments and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. Our Refund policy explains refunds.
10. No guarantees
Amatya is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise specific results, uptime or revenue.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Ending access
You can stop using Amatya at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Courts in St. Johns County, Florida, handle any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
14. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll email you first.
